Situated in Lipari and with a view of the sea, the villa 'Chiara' is just a short walk from the beach.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. The street the villa is on leads to 'Spiaggie Bianche', which is the best beach in Lipari and is the only street you can reach this beach by foot on.
A shuttle bus that goes to the center every 15 minutes is about a steep 5-minute walk away. Free parking is available on the street (the car park is a 3-minute walk away). Getting to the property could be challenging as there is a fairly steep descent from the car park. One small pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
