The holiday home 'Casa Stevens' in Betlem is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV and DVD player, heating, a fan, air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and an outdoor shower.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool and a children's pool (no swimming after 8 pm, please do not dive into the pool for safety reasons) as well as a tennis court. There are 2 local restaurants nearby (Es Calo and Casa Blanca) as well as a coffee shop.
The nearest supermarket is in Colonia San Pere (10 minutes away by car). A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning should be turned off when leaving the property. No BBQs on the terraces. All children must be supervised.

Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten, um sich zurück zu ziehen. Der Wasserdruck ist ein Traum. Auf ein Wlan Problem wurde sofort vom Hauseigentümer reagiert und der Housekeeper war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit. Der Check-In lief absolut ohne Probleme und die Informationen rund ums Haus sind vielfältig vorh...
Das Haus ist umfangreich dekoriert, was mit kleinen Kindern leider eher ein lästiger Nachteil ist. Leider ist das Bett viel zu weich um darin gemütlich als Familie zu schlafen. Es gab diverse Vorkommnisse mit Ameisen und Buddelzeug/Sonnenschirm o.ä. wurde leider vermisst und musste gekauft werden. Der nächste schöne Strand ist mindestens 20 Fahrtminuten entfernt.

Maison très agréable, avec plusieurs espaces extérieurs bien aménagés. Quartier sympa au calme, à quelques pas de la mer.
Bien que nous ne l'ayons pas vu, hôte très sympathique et disponible par message.
Les instructions pour arriver à la maison auraient pu être simplifiées, ainsi que pour récupérer les clés. Nous sommes arrivées de nuit et avons mis beaucoup de temps à trouver les boites à clés (car pas de numéro de maison renseigné).
Il faut vite faire beaucoup de route pour aller à la découverte...
