Located in Papiol (Barcelona) with excellent transport links, the designer Papiol house offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
Spread over three floors and 280 m², the villa features a 45 m² living room with double-height ceilings, glass walls, and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Large windows fill the interior with natural light, creating open spaces and high ceilings.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The highlight of this property is its private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. The villa is in a quiet area at the foot of the Collserola mountain in El Papiol, just 20 minutes from Barcelona and 10 minutes from Sant Cugat del Vallés. Street parking is available.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited due to smoke detectors.
Groups of young people are not permitted.

L’espace du salon et la piscine
Le manque d'éclairage dans la maison, notamment dans le salon oui il y avait juste une petite lumière d'éclairage d'appoint, mais surtout le plus dangereux était dans les escaliers qui sont en fonte ou moi et mes amis sont tombé à plusieurs reprises. ainsi que dans les chambres du haut, manque d'écl...
