The holiday home, built in 1990, is a semi-detached house and is functionally furnished. The property is located on the edge of the village. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Schade, dass Hunde am Balaton leider nicht willkommen sind. Es gab keinerlei Möglichkeiten sich mit Hund auf eine Wiese am Balaton hinzulegen.

Die Freundlichkeit der Leute ist wirklich sehr groß. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr gut.
Es liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, es ist ruhig und friedlich.
Ausstattung ist Standard, da ist noch Luft nach oben, sonst alles sehr gut.
Besonders gut war der Kühlschrank von Siemens, mit großem Gefrierfach.
Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Doppelbetten mit durchgehender Matratze.
