With a view of the Mediterranean Sea, the holiday apartment Estepona Beach in estepona is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 85 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
The holiday apartment also has a shared pool that you can cool down in on warm days.
The apartment is a fantastic choice for golf players as within 5-7 km you can find 4 golf fields, the closest one is “Estepona Golf” and is only 2,7 km away from the apartment.
The closest airport is 80 km from the property.
The beach is directly in front of the apartment.
Puerto de Estepona is only 4,5 km away and Estepona old town is 6 km away.
Next to urbanization there are a lot of parking spaces available, the apartment comes with underground parking space as well.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

A proximidade com a praia. Praia pouco povoada com um mar calmo e a temperatura da água maravilhosa. As vistas da casa são ótimas. Estivemos muito confortáveis e relaxamos imenso. Aproveitando muito bem a piscina e a praia.
Gostávamos de voltar novamente!

Ewelina nos ha tratado maravillosamente.
El apartamento estaba muy limpio y nos gustaría señalar lo bien equipado que está. Tienes todo lo que necesitas tanto en cocina como en baño.
Tener la piscina y la playa a un paso nos ha dado la vida a nosotros y a nuestro bebé.
Durante la noche no se escuc...
No hay persianas y hay sido muy incómodo despertarnos cuando amanecía ya que entraba mucha luz.
El somier de la habitación principal hacía un ruido espantoso cada vez que te tumbabas o movias.

As obras nas casas ao lado, muito barulho durante todo o dia e toda a estadia.
Questionamos a pessoa responsável, disse não ter conhecimento, no entanto em conversa com um morador do condomínio, disse que as obras já iniciaram em Janeiro.
Em suma, fizemos cerca de 2000 kms (viagem ida/volta) para ouvir martelos a partir paredes e máquinas barulhentas.
Tirando isso, tudo impecável.
