Located in llucmajor, the country house "Yuma" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.
Furthermore, a table tennis table small golf course as well as golf clubs are available on the property free of charge.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The country house boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a grill and an outdoor shower.
The house is located in a wooded area between Llucmajor and Algaida and is therefore ideal for cyclists.
Additionally, the property is 20 to 40 minutes by car away from the beaches Sa Rápita, Es Trenc, and El Arenal.
A parking space is available on the property.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed and air conditioning is not available.
Beach/pool towels are provided.
This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
