Here you will find an older building in Virserum built at the end of the 19th century, where much of the older charm has been preserved.
The building is in a rural location and is surrounded by several farms with grazing cows and sheep.
Walking distance to the beautiful lake Hultemaren. The living room is furnished with a spacious sofa group, a sofa bed and a wood-burning stove that can be lit in colder weather.
The kitchen is a real farm kitchen, large and spacious and equipped with stove, fan, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

A wood iron stove (burning ban) is also available with a nice stove hood above.
Via the kitchen entrance you reach the covered patio at the back, which is furnished with an outdoor group and barbecue.

The bathroom has a toilet and shower and a washing machine.
There are two bedrooms where the larger one has two single beds and the other two bunk beds.
