With mountain views, the holiday home Casa Enea in Colico is perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The 68 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), smart TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
The private outdoor area includes a garden and a barbecue. From June 2025, a mini whirlpool pool (2x2 meters) with 6 seats will be available.
From October 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026, the whirlpool will be available only on request and subject to availability, for an extra fee.
There are 2 parking spaces available on the property.
Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interiors, making it suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site.
Please note that the owner lives above the property (which consists of two apartments), but you have a private entrance.
