In Segna, the holiday apartment 'Villa Adele' offers an excellent view of Lake Como.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, heating, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Please note that there is a narrow street to get to the property. Your private outdoor area includes a pool (opening hours from 07.00 to 22.00), a shared garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. All essential services are within walking distance in the villages and Gravedona, including supermarkets, bike rentals, bars, restaurants and beaches.
The host recommends visiting Bellagio and Varenna. All services can be reached by car in the case of Domaso village, and by foot in the case of Gravedona. 2 parking spaces are available on the property, free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Youth groups are not allowed. Before entering the pool, it is mandatory to take a shower. Air conditioning is not available. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Tiefkühlfach, alles da und sogar Kaffee war da.
Leider war der Pool immer no h sehr kalt, so waren wir nur einmal überhaupt drin.

Het zwembad
De weg naar het appartement is erg smal tussen huizen door op ongelijk niveau. Echt een uitdaging. Met de bagage moet je een smalle, ongelijke trap op, langs het zwembad, over een smal loopbruggetje en dan nog 2 trappen op. Om buiten te eten moet je diezelfde 2 trappen weer af. Belangrijk om vooraf te weten
Kort verblijf, alleen voor overnachten. Faciliteiten autoafhankelijk.

Schitterend uitzicht.
De loopafstand zoals vermeld, voor restaurant, winkel, bakker etc is ruim genomen...is flinke afstand met hoogteverschil. Auto nodig.
Huis is oud. Appartement onder het dak, geen airco. Prijs daarom best hoog voor wat je krijgt.
1 slaapkamer heeft klein raam wat uitkomt in trappenhuis, hierdoor erg warm.
