Beautiful, cosy, comfortable 3-family house. In the resort Costa Paradiso, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 800 m from the sea. Private: natural garden. Stepped path (43 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 7 km, ferry "Porto Torres" 75 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 18 km, Aquafantasy 16 km, Vignola mare 20 km, Baya 800 m, Alghero 107 km, Olbia 79 km. Please note: car recommended. The terrace wall is 40 cm high and has no railing.

Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt super- ruhig, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken war einfach schön.
Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Der Verwalter war total nett und immer erreichbar, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mehr als nur zu Frieden.
Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zimmer sind gut. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Der Meerblick top. Der Verwalter ist super nett und immer erreichbar wenn was benötigt wird. Parkplatz vor dem haus. Wir werden erneut bei ihm buchen.

viel Potential, allerdings auch noch viel Verbesserungspotential !
Lage und Auusicht sind toll, Einrichtung und Zustand haben wie gesagt Verbesserungspotential.
Zwar wurde z.B. eine neue Küche ei gebaut und die Klima funktiniert gut, allerdings fliegt stândig die Sicherung raus wenn z.B Klima, Spül...
