The villa "Villetta Sergio" in Torre dell'Orso is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both with a ceiling fan) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with 2 open terraces and a barbecue. Nearby recommendations include the Cave of Poetry in Roca (2 km away), the Adriatic Coast and Otranto.
Furthermore, bicycles and scooters can be rented near the main square (600 m away). Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available (however, the property remains pleasantly cool in summer). The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site.
