The villa "Casa Bril" is located in São Bartolomeu de Messines.
The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 5 people.
Among the on-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
A baby cot can be provided (for a fee). Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
A shared open terrace is also available for your use. Public transport links are within walking distance of the property.
The villa is situated very close to the center of Silves.
It is also recommended to visit Arade Dam (3 km from the villa) which is great for walking, swimming and sunbathing.
Guests will find leaflets with more local highlights on the premises. Closes beaches include Armação de Pêra, Carvoeiro, Albufeira, Galé, São Rafael, Praia da Rocha, Marinha, and Benagil. Closest towns to the property: - Silves, 9 Km, historic city, medieval, with castle, church, restuarants, cafés, theatre, etc.
Has three supermarkets. - São Bartolomeu de Messines 8 km. - Lagoa, 14km, Fatacil em Agosto. - Albufeira, 20 km. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, smoking inside the building and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Beach/pool towels are provided for in-house use only. Late check-in is possible. Laundry service is available upon request. Guests are asked to keep the mosquito net door closed at all times. The host lives in a different building on the plot. Extra cleaning service is available on a weekly basis for visits of more than 1 week (for a fee). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
