The private outdoor area includes an open terrace with fantastic sea views and a balcony.
The property is located near Levada trails and several tourist attractions, including the Fanal forest, known for its mist-shrouded trees.
There is a café 50 metres away and a bus stop just a few steps from the house.
The natural pools of Porto Moniz can be reached in about 20 minutes.
The climate in the northern part of Madeira is more humid, making the nature uniquely green, with rainfall distributed throughout the year and less drought, especially at higher altitudes.
You can book tours along the Levadas or around the island.
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets are not allowed.
Children are welcome, as long as the maximum capacity of the property is not exceeded.
