The holiday apartment "Location Noly", which is situated in Seignosse, overlooks the Atlantic.
The 34 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property is located within walking distance of Atlantic Park, the local market (3 times a week), restaurants, shops and a tourist office. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and 1 in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Air conditioning is not available, pets are not allowed. 4 bikes are provided.
