Sehr gute Lage, netter Service am Counter. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Gute Grundausstattung der Wohnung.
Unangenehme Gerüche aus Wandrohranschluss im Küchenbereich. Nach kurzer Zeit muss die Wohnung immer komplett durchgelüftet werden.
Für mehr als zwei Personen definitiv zu klein, denn es gibt, bis auf ein primitives Behelfsregal, keinerlei Stauflächen, Schränke, o. ä. wenn die Betten belegt sind. Daher für vier Personen nicht zu empfehlen.
