Stunning villa located in the locality Capo D'orso - within the beautiful complex "Porto Mannu".
The villa can accommodate 7/8 people. It has three rooms, 2 double and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower and the other with bathtub.
It has a large living area with living room and kitchen with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people.
Outside there is a beautiful shaded veranda of considerable size , for organizing pleasant summer evenings in the company of family and friends, large garden on three sides with Mediterranean scrub and characteristic granites of the area.
It has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and TV.
It has two reserved parking spaces. The villa is about 350 meters from the wonderful fine sand beach of Porto Mannu. Possibility to use some of the services a of the facility offered directly by the Porto Mannu complex upon availability and for a fee, such as the beach bar and restaurant, spa, as well as to rent umbrellas and sunbeds if available.
The residential complex and related services operate from the end of May to the end of September.
