Mansarda di Ponente is a 70 m² apartment on the fifth attic floor in Caorle, just steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, and the historic center.
Ideal for families or groups of up to 6, it features three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a small en suite bathroom. Comfort is ensured year-round with three air conditioning units covering all rooms, including the bedrooms.
A TV with cable channels is available for your use. Private gated parking is included.
The building has an elevator up to the third floor, then a short flight of stairs leads to the attic apartment.
Public transport is easily accessible nearby. Bed linen and towels are provided.
A baby cot can be requested for younger children.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee (max 1). Please note, the apartment does not have Wi-Fi: you are advised to use your own mobile data.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
