The Mansarda di Ponente is a 70 m² apartment on the fifth attic floor in Caorle, just steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, and the historic center.
Ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests, it features three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a small en-suite bathroom. Comfort is ensured year-round with three air conditioning units covering every room, including the bedrooms.
A TV with cable channels is available for your entertainment. Private gated parking is included.
The building has an elevator up to the third floor; from there, a short flight of stairs leads to the attic apartment.
Public transport is easily accessible nearby. Bed linen and towels are provided.
A crib for small children can be requested.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Please note, the apartment does not offer WiFi: you are invited to use your own mobile data.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
The apartment shares a communal garden.
