Overlooking the sea, the villa 'Rita' in Racale impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
The pool will be closed from the end of October to April. The villa is 800 m walking distance from the sea. 5 parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. The property has step-free access and wide doors. Smoking and events are allowed. The main outdoor entrance is shared with the owner, but the owner does not have access to the private garden.
