The holiday apartment "Uno del Mar 2", which is situated in Vila Nova de Gaia.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as air conditioning. The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. There is a supermarket right next door in which there is also a cafeteria that is ideal for breakfast.
There is also a beach bar in front of “Grão de Areia” which offers lunches and snacks that can be enjoyed with your feet in the sand. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Celebrating events is not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, however it is allowed on the balcony.
