The property is composed of three units, each with its own kitchen, living space, two bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed), one bathroom and a terrace with seaview.
In two of the 3 unites there is a sofa bed.
All the units have an access to the pool.
Moreover you fill find a barbecue area in the garden and a huge granite table which can accommodate up to 20 persons.
Enjoy your meals outside looking at the sunset or just relax near the pool on the sun chairs.
Sandy beach Li Cossi is reachable in 5 min by car and then by a 10 min walk along a panoramic path.
On site there are various activities as diving courses, boat rentals, tennis, trekking and others.
You will also find various restaurants, bar, supermarkets, fish shops and a medical center.
Extra services on request, to be booked maximum 2 weeks before arrival: Not included in the rental price: Credit card security deposit (mandatory): 500.00€.

L'emplacement, la vue et la piscine sont à couper le souffle. Rina, la gérante, est très sympathique et efficace. La propriété est divisée en 3 appartements partageant une piscine. Nous étions 13 et cette configuration a bien fonctionné. Les salles de bain sont le point faible de cette maison car très étroite. Nous avons passés une excellente semaine.

Magnificent sunsets
The location, the view, and the pool are breathtaking. Rina, the manager, is very friendly and efficient. The property is divided into three apartments sharing a pool. There were 13 of us, and this layout worked well. The bathrooms are the weak point of this house because they are very narrow. We had a wonderful week.

Le site ainsi que les maisons sont authentiques, c'est une parfaite représentation de la Sardaigne. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Costa Paradiso est magnifique. Merci pour cette location.
