Villa in Paradela with a private outdoor area, including a pool, terrace and barbecue.
On the first floor, there is an entrance hall with a fireplace, a living room, a kitchen, a full bathroom and a bedroom.
The second floor has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
On the third floor, there is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The property has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, plus an additional full bathroom. The house has gas central heating.
The first gas cylinder is provided; subsequent cylinders are available for an extra fee between November and March.
Charging electric cars or motorhomes is not permitted.
Parties are not allowed.
Please inform the host in advance if you wish to bring pets.
Pets are allowed by prior request and for an extra fee. Drinking the water directly from the tap is not recommended.
The villa is in a rural area, so typical countryside smells and noises may be noticeable.
The house has many steps and spiral staircases and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
The pool is open all year. A maintenance company has access to the garden to service the pool.
Please keep the gate closed and supervise your pet during these visits to prevent it from leaving the property.

A calma do local, muito aprazível. Rapidez com que a anfitriã resolveu uma avaria na TV, técnico deslocou-se ao local mesmo de noite.
Acho que a piscina deveria ter escadas de acesso para entrar e sair da água
