Located 300 meters from the beach, this pleasant studio apartment of approximately 22 square meters welcomes you to a private, secure, quiet, and beautifully landscaped residence.
It features a living room with a sofa bed (140cm) and a bunk bed (140cm) on a mezzanine, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with toilet, and a separate kitchen equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room opens onto a terrace with a lovely view of the windmill and the rooftops of Collioure.
Bed dimensions:
- Bunk bed: 140*190cm
- Sofa bed: 140*190cm
Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included.

L emplacement est idéal, on peut tout faire à pied. Une place pour garer la voiture, indispensable à Collioure. Le côté ",petit nid", de cette location, son petit balcon qui permet de manger dehors. Le calme de la résidence.

Propre,prix sympa, et la mer en descendant de l',appartement à 350 m! Et un parking bien mérité quand on arrivent de b...
