The holiday apartment "Chicca Casa Vacanze" is located in Bari and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and 2 balconies. The property is located a 10-minute walk from the city centre.
Furthermore, the train station is only 200 m away. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 10 pm and be considerate of the neighbours. Please note that the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and the building does not have a lift.
