This 110 m² property features a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower next to the entrance), accommodating up to 6 guests. The property is private and exclusive, meaning the house, pool, and all surrounding space are entirely at your disposal.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room and all bedrooms except the one with a single bed), TV, fan, and washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a pool (open May to October) and a modern gazebo equipped with a table and chairs. There are 6 parking spaces on the property and free parking along the access road and nearby. One pet is allowed, available for an extra fee.

Das Haus ist sehr modern und extrem sauber, der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und macht alles möglich.
Highlight der Private Pool !
Es gibt nichts negatives außer vielleicht die abgelegene Lage durch welche man immer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Aber zum entspannen perfekt.

During our stay at Villa Adelmo, we had the lower level of the villa and all its property including a pool and BBQ area all for ourselves. The host is really friendly and you can feel that he maintains the property with much care. Dogs allowed for 15€/night and dog.
Nothing to complain about.
