The holiday home "Villa Océan" is a semi-detached house that is situated in Grayan et l'Hôpital and it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
This 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool (open between 11 am and midnight), a garden, and an open terrace. The ocean beaches are just 6 km from the house, Bordeaux/Soulac-sur-Mer train station is 10 km away, and the town of Lesparre can be reached within 20 km.
Boutiques and a bicycle rental shop are accessible within 3 km of the house. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Air conditioning is not available. Beach/pool towels are provided for a fee. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
