Overlooking the sea, the brand new villa "Atlantic View" in Salir do Porto impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, an open terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Public transport links are located within walking distance. There are 2 parking spaces on the property, additional free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Please be considerate of the accommodation and the neighbours. The doors are wide and easy to access. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property.
