Located in Mijas Costa, Riviera del Sol, 'Villa in Los Flamencos' has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 2-storey property is newly renovated, modernized and has new furniture.
It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, heating/air conditioning throughout the property as well as a washing machine.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a 8x4m pool, a covered terrace and a balcony.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and 2 shared pools (one saltwater pool).
One is open all year and the other only from May to September.
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets are not allowed.
Beach/pool towels are provided.
Minimum age of main tenant is 21 years.
Guided tours/excursions can be organised on request for a fee.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Pool was ok, being able to watch own Netflix on TV was good
Air con broke for last 4 days during heatwave. Advised owner who tried hard to get air con firm out to which was grateful but then tried to blame us for using remote incorrectly which was not the case and owner had no idea how to troubleshoot.
Father had near fatal accident on a very dangerous unmarked step in a bedroom.
