The holiday apartment 'Appartamento Runcina 1' is located on the upper level of a large villa in San Teodoro and overlooks the sea.
The 135 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The property boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The nearest sandy beach (La Cinta) is a 5-minute drive away (3.1 km) and there are many other beaches along the coast.
