Located in Étercy, this two-storey villa is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with mountain views.
You have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet, and the villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, a television, a fan, a washing machine and a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair can also be provided on request. The main feature of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony and a grill.
Four parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed.
A cat lives on site.
During the hottest periods, someone comes to maintain the garden and the pool on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Wonderful outside space in a tranquil location. Great swimming pool and lots of outdoor seating and dining spaces. Christine the host was incredibly friendly and helpful

Notre séjour en famille à été très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée et la situation entre le lac d'Annecy et le lac du Bourget permet de varier les plaisirs.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir rendre visite à Pompon :)
