The holiday apartment "Apartamento Es Trenc 2 Colonia de Sant Jordi" is located in Colonia de Sant Jordi and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach.
The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (with a bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 2 adults and one child.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. Free parking is available on the street and there is private parking that is subject to availability and an additional fee. Pets are not allowed. A safe is available for an additional fee. A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child are allowed.
If you are bringing a child there will be an additional fee upon arrival. Guests arriving later than 9 pm, please send an email informing the host of your arrival time.

The owner (Cosme) was super helpful when we arrived at 11:00 pm. He waited for us and provided all the needed information about the property.
