Bosque Marítimo is an apartment with a privileged location, just minutes from the beach and with the advantage of enjoying views of a pine forest.
It is a very quiet area with no busy roads around the building.
Access to the apartment includes a private, enclosed underground garage with room for one car, and also access to the building's terrace - a private space that includes a barbecue and utensils, a shower, and an electrical connection.
The terrace also has views of the sea, the woods and the city of Viana do Castelo and Santa Luzia.
Near the apartment there are some attractive points such as: - Kartodromo de Viana - Outdoor Kartodrome - Kivikart (indoor) - Indoor Kartodromo - Cabedelo - famous for Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Surfing and Bodyboarding. - Amorosa Health Club - swimming pool, tennis, padel Amorosa Beach is also just a few minutes away from areas of interest such as Viana do Castelo, Castelo do Neiva and is also very well connected by road with Ponte de Lima Braga and Porto.
