Being within walking distance to all major attractions in the area, our luxurious vacation rental is located right in the heart of Cardiff-by-the-Sea. The “Cardiff Penthouse” is the upstairs area of a fully remodeled duplex with an edgy contemporary modern look that evokes luxury and sophistication.
The Penthouse is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room, and a modern, fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, with custom black cabinets, modern appliances with touches of rose gold, and brass.
In the living room, there is a large flat-screen TV and a beautiful, ocean waves-inspired faux leather couch that can be used as extra sleeping space or afternoon naps.
Both bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds.
The master bedroom has extra seating, a walk-in closet and a master bath that has been completely redone with black tile in 3D dimension.
Both bedrooms offer a spectacular ocean view to take in before falling asleep. Generous amounts of daylight fill the whole space from its 3 large windows and during the evenings, delicate counter-top lights will make you think of beautiful fireflies that light up an enchanted forest. The deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful view while enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage.
It is also furnished with a grill, perfect for an afternoon or an evening soiree. The property is supplied with the finest Belgian linen quilts, percale cotton sheets, and Turkish cotton towels. As shown in the listing, this is a beautiful modern top-floor unit located in Cardiff-by-the-sea, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and the ocean. Beautiful view of sunsets from the balcony!

Easy to check in and to notify the manager of issues with the dryer and the gate. Beautifully decorated and all the kitchen supplies that one could hope for! Great area, easy walk to park, shops and the beach
