Located in Cozze, in the municipality of Mola di Bari, this 130 m² holiday home on the first floor accommodates up to 5 guests.
It features 2 bedrooms, with a travel cot available on request.
The living room has a sofa bed, and the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, suspended bidet, and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and kettle.
There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, utility sink, and a balcony with drying rack.
The interior offers a beautiful sea view thanks to its seafront location. Outside, you'll find a private garden with a well-equipped patio, perfect for outdoor dining.
The outdoor area includes a service bathroom with sink and toilet, an outdoor shower in the garden, and a fitted cooking area.
The outdoor shower is ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach.
Three private balconies provide extra space to enjoy the coastal atmosphere. Shared parking is available near the property or in designated parking areas about 500 meters away.
Public transport is easily accessible just a few meters away.

Purtoppo il parcheggio, soprattutto nei giorni di punta (14 l,.15 e 16 agosto) è difficile da trovare vicino la casa
