The holiday apartment Pugnano Alto – Castagna is located in Lisciano Niccone and is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday between Umbria and Tuscany.
Situated on the first floor of the property, this 75 m² apartment offers welcoming, well-organized spaces, ideal for families or groups of friends. The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful valley view, 2 double bedrooms, and 2 private bathrooms with showers—one for each bedroom—ensuring comfort and privacy.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and access to a laundry area with washing machine.
A ping pong table is also available for your leisure. The highlight is the panoramic loggia overlooking the olive trees, perfect for outdoor breakfasts and relaxing moments.
You also have access to a private garden equipped with table, chairs, loungers, parasol, and a reserved parking space. The property offers access to a shared outdoor area with swimming pool (open from early May to mid-September, weather permitting), garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The location is strategic: just 3 km from the center of Lisciano Niccone, 18 km from Umbertide, and 20 km from Lake Trasimeno, in an area ideal for cycling excursions. Families with children are welcome; on request, a crib and high chair are available for an extra fee. One pet is allowed, for an extra fee. Pool/beach towels and bicycles are included.
There is a shared charging station for electric vehicles on site. An initial supply of toilet paper and trash bags is provided; for stays of a week or longer, you are advised to purchase more at local shops.
