Located in a quiet area, the 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available on request. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property is close to the centre of Nuxis, public transport connections and all essential services.
Porto Botte can be reached in 20 minutes by car, while Porto Pino is about 30 km away.
