Located in the heart of Como, this bright 60 m² penthouse offers a modern and welcoming space, perfect for both leisure and business stays.
The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests.
You will have access to fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a complete kitchen with appliances, parquet floors, and quality finishes.
During warmer months, a portable air conditioner is available to make your stay more comfortable. The location is one of the apartment’s highlights: the Cathedral, lakeside, restaurants, bars, shops, and public transport are all within a few minutes’ walk. Pets are not allowed.
There is an elevator in the building (up to the 4th floor), with a final flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

The place was very nice and it has a great location. We arrived on a hot day and there were no air conditioners in the place (it's a fifth floor apartment). The property manager arranged for two portable air conditioners to be wheeled to our front door but we were responsible for installing them. No...
