Casa Masoni is a fully renovated apartment (2023) just 400 meters from Piazza Arnolfo, the central square of the town.
The interior features refined, stylish décor.
The apartment offers air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The spacious living area (about 40 m²) includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge.
The sleeping area has two elegantly furnished double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
There is also a large hallway and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Access to the apartment is through a spacious loggia, secured by a gate for added privacy and safety.
Colle Val d’Elsa is a charming town with a medieval old quarter, located in the heart of a renowned tourist area.
It’s about 10 km from the Chianti Gallo Nero region, 10 km from Monteriggioni, 15 km from San Gimignano, 28 km from Volterra, and 25 km from Siena.
All are easily reached by several bus lines with a main stop at Piazza Arnolfo.
Florence, 49 km away, is accessible via the Autopalio highway or public transport.
Colle Val d’Elsa is located along the Via Francigena, stage 32, San Gimignano/Monteriggioni.
