The Casa Masoni apartment, newly built, features high-quality and modern rustic-style design elements.
It consists of a spacious living area, approximately 40 square meters, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxation area with large, comfortable seating.
The sleeping area includes two finely furnished double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering refined features.
Additionally, there is a large hallway and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.
The entrance area of the apartment is composed of a pleasant loggia, enclosed by a gate, ensuring greater privacy and security. Colle Val d'Elsa is a charming town with a medieval village, situated at the heart of a renowned tourist area.
Although the property is not located directly within the Chianti region, it is very close to this famous area.
It is approximately 10 km from the Chianti Gallo Nero area, 10 km from Monteriggioni, 15 km from San Gimignano, 28 km from Volterra, and 25 km from Siena.
Florence, 49 km away, is easily reachable via the Autopalio highway or with a regular bus service. Colle Val d'Elsa lies along the Via Francigena, stop number 32, San Gimignano/Monteriggioni. The apartment is located in the city center, with all major services nearby: supermarket, Neapolitan pizzeria, bar-patisserie, and at the same time, only about 500 meters on foot from the beautiful countryside of Colle Val d'Elsa.
There is ample free parking at the supermarket and along the surrounding side streets. There is a camera placed at the entrance door (outside), pointing at the entrance door and the cabinet where the keys are kept, allowing the owner to ensure that guests properly close the door and leave the keys when they depart.
