This modern apartment located in Cefalù offers a splendid sea view.
Spread over two floors, it features a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
A cot is available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, featuring both an open and a covered terrace, each offering spectacular sea views.
The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, and the bus stop is just 100 meters from the building. For parking, you have one parking space inside the property and free street parking available.
Pets and parties are not allowed, and you are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 p.m.
