Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a barbecue.
The property boasts an excellent location in the centre of Assemini, close to all essential services and public transport links. Furthermore, the airport is just a 10-minute drive away, while the centre of Cagliari and Poetto Beach can be reached in 30 minutes by bus or car.
Free parking is available on the street.
One pet is allowed.
