Welcome to Etxe Ttippi, a charming little house in a peaceful setting in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, with lovely mountain views, close to the town centre, shops and beaches.
With 41 m² of living space (72 m² of floor area), it sleeps up to 4 people.
It has a living room, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a shower room and two toilets.
On request, an extra bed for a fifth guest is available in a small open space near the stairs, screened by a curtain. The house has an unusual layout: the entire upper floor has sloping ceilings.
Ceiling height is 2 m at the ridge, falling to around 1 m at the headboards.
Guests taller than 1.80 m may find some areas cramped. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote working, a TV, games console, fan, heating (pellet stove), washing machine, ironing board and iron.
A cot is available. Outside, enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, balcony and barbecue. A bus stop is a few minutes' walk away.
Two shopping centres (250 m) offer a bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, caterer and health centre. Two private parking spaces are available.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Towels are provided on request.
Air conditioning is planned as part of future renovations. The house has step-free access and is part of a jointly owned property.
Its eco-friendly features include rainwater harvesting, insulation made from sustainable materials and information to help you sort waste. Booking implies that you have read and accepted all the terms of the listing beforehand.

Le rez de chaussée spacieux bien aménagé avec des matériaux de qualité
Dommage que le même soin n ait pas été apporté à l extérieur !en guise de jardin on a un bout de terrain même pas nivelé rempli de mauvaises herbes et un bout de béton avec des trous en guise de terrasse

L’agencement des pièces , place de parking , son emplacement.
Manquait des éléments(chaises longues, chaises ..)dans le jardin pour être vraiment bien .
Et les fermetures des fenêtres qui étaient vraiment compliquées .
