The villa "Villa Cap Ferret" in Lege Cap Ferret is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, which is open all year round and heated from April to September, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony. There is a bike rental in Clayoué. 1 parking space is available in a garage, 6 parking spaces on the property and there is also free parking on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. Parties are not permitted. This property is equipped with 1 external video camera that monitors the entrance gate.
Please, note that the camera is disconnected as soon as the guests arrive.

Nous avons passer un séjour exceptionnel.
Le cadre est parfait et nous sommes à proximité de tout. Concernant le logement, nous avons adorer pouvoir profiter des différentes installations de la villa (barbecue, table de ping-pong, piscine…..).
Il est sûr que nous reviendrons très vite.

Maison très accueillante, bien décorée dans un quartier très tranquille.
On se sent très vite comme chez sois !
Vous passerez énormément de temps dehors sur la terrasse et autour de la piscine ( de bons moments en famille ou entre amis garantie !! )
La maison est très bien équipée !
