The holiday home Villa Mansa in Pechina offers views of the nearby mountains.
The 130 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), and an additional outdoor bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
There is also a ping-pong table, and a cot and high chair can be provided on request. The highlight of the house is its private outdoor area with a pool (open from May 15 to October 15), garden, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The bioclimatic pergola has a two-seater sofa and armchairs, perfect for relaxing. Within 5 km you will find various supermarkets.
The Western Movie Town is 5 km away, and the nearest beach is 10 km. Recommended destinations include the local camel farm (200 m), Monumental Almeria (10 km), and Cabo de Gata Natural Park (25 km). Parking is available on the property, with 2 garage spaces, as well as parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
Babysitting service is available for an extra fee. Up to 2 pets are allowed.
