Casa Pereta is a welcoming 65 m² apartment located in the heart of the historic village of Pereta, in the municipality of Magliano in Toscana, within the beautiful Tuscan Maremma.
The property features a small private terrace with a sofa, perfect for enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the medieval village. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and includes 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Wi-Fi is available inside the apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the Maremma: the sea is about 25 km away, Grosseto is 28 km, and the famous Saturnia thermal baths are just 25 km from the property.
Medieval villages, Etruscan sites, and the Maremma Nature Reserve are easily reachable by car. A car is essential to reach the property and get around the area. Casa Pereta is perfect for those seeking peace, authenticity, and a connection with Tuscan nature. Please note: There is no mobile network coverage inside the village of Pereta.

Un logement pittoresque rénové avec goût dont la pierre assure une fraîcheur appréciable en été, au rez-de-chaussée.
A savoir, les douches sont exiguës surtout après un excellent repas à la Trattoria da Mariz dans la ruelle du logement
