The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

On top of that, a private sauna and a table tennis table are also provided for your enjoyment. 2 baby cots are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a whirlpool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and a parking space is available in a garage. Pets are not allowed. Please note that unauthorised parties or noise and music disturbances outside the hours established by the municipal ordinance are not permitted.
