This 103 m² property includes a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, the other for two people), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms (the master bedroom overlooks the pool), a bathroom with shower, an additional toilet, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV with DVD player, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, and a game console.
A baby cot is also available. Outside, you will enjoy a heated pool with six sun loungers, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a plancha, and an outdoor shower.
A pétanque court is also available.
The property is 250 m from a grocery store and 500 m from the lake, port, and beach.
