Vacation home "Tholerhof" in a quiet location with balcony, garden and terrace.
The Tholerhof vacation home is located in Afing near Jenesien at 1,250 m, in a sunny position, approx. 20 km from Bozen.
The 90 m², comfortably furnished vacation home consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with corner bench and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with modern glass showers and thus offers space for 6 people. All the furniture is made of solid wood, the wood used comes from our own forest.
The equipment also includes WLAN (suitable for video calls), a satellite TV, safe, underfloor heating, living room ventilation, wardrobe as well as books and toys.
The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, garden, terrace and south-facing balcony. There is also a covered parking space and a children's playground. A high chair and baby crib are available on request.
The accommodation has step-free access and a step-free interior, the doors are wide and easily accessible. All windows and doors can be darkened with shutters.
A laundry service is available for a fee.
Homemade products such as jams, spice salts, herbal blends & syrups can be purchased.
A small grocery store and an inn serving local specialties is 5 kilometers from the property.
There are numerous mountain bike and hiking trails near the accommodation.
Parties and pets are not allowed.
