Situated in Costa Adeje, the vacation home "Los Geranios 404" is just a short walk from the beach.
The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon prior request and for a fee (please contact the host). The vacation home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a heated pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The Los Geranios complex is located in a central area, due to its proximity to entertainment venues, bars and restaurants, it can be a bit noisy. Public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Parties and pets are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior, an elevator is available in the building. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. A shuttle service from the airport is available upon request. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property. Only guests aged 25 years and older are permitted to check in.
