This exclusive designer villa is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays and to feel really good.
The villa is in a privileged location on the cliffs of Badia Gran, also known as Bahia Azul, and offers fantastic all-round sea views from the spacious roof terrace, stretching as far as Palma and the Tramuntana mountains.
With good visibility you can even see the neighboring islands of Ibiza and Formentera.
The adjoining small park guarantees you peace and privacy.
Nevertheless, the leading restaurants in the area, a supermarket and a pharmacy can be reached quickly in just 5 minutes on foot. In the 300 m2 private garden you will find a beautiful teak terrace with a small pool and a cozy lounge area.
