With a splendid sea view, the 75 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace, a balcony, a seafront garden and a rear garden, as well as a covered parking space.
Air conditioning and heating are provided by two split units, one in the ground floor living room and one in the upstairs bedroom.
Appliances are strategically placed to optimize heating and cooling.
The house is built on rock, which generally keeps it cool; you are advised to use air conditioning sparingly and not to leave it on when you are not present, out of respect for the environment.
The property follows recycling rules, with further information available on site.
It is located in a well-served residential area, with all main services within walking distance.
Sunsets over the Gulf of Costa Paradiso can be seen from many points of the property.
The sea and the Costa Paradiso diving center are just a 5-minute walk away.
Only one pet is allowed, except for cats.
The residence offers a free 24-hour medical service, as well as a caretaker and a supervisor always available.
There is no first aid kit in the house, but you are provided with a card for free access to the medical clinic at the village entrance.
If used, please return it; in case of loss, an extra fee may be deducted from your deposit.
The village has 24-hour security, with controlled entry and a permanently available office.

La vista è eccezionale
La casa è molto bella ma è corretto precisare che le formiche se non sono tenute sotto controllo con dei pesticidi possono essere sgradevoli,me le sono trovate dentro pacchi di biscotti e qualsiasi altra pietanza anche all'interno della dispensa e del bidoncino dell'immondizia.
La casa sa di naftalina e di muffa ed è un peccato perché la struttura in se sarebbe bella anche se un po' datata.

La vue sur la mer, même si la haie pourrait être taillée pour pouvoir en profiter également assis. Pas de guêpes ou moustique pour vous embêter. Four neuf et climatisation fonctionnelle si très forte chaleur.
Village vacances avec beaucoup de monde sur la plage la plus mythique qui est envahie par les guêpes et dont l'eau a viré au vert.
Utilisation presque indispensable d'une voiture pour aller se baigner.
Présence de fourmis qui demande une vigilance sans défaillance.
Présence de salpêtre, d'odeurs de...
