The holiday apartment "Le Moulleau" is conveniently located a short walk from the beach in Arcachon.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 4 people.
Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning and a dishwasher.
A baby cot and a high chair are also provided. The apartment is situated close to a surfing starting point and an equestrian center.
The nearby area offers a variety of aperitif bars, restaurants and commercial venues.
A bus stop in the direction of the Pyla Dune is located within walking distance of the property.
There is a pier with departures in the direction of Tour du Bassin, Ballade and Cap Ferret.
Bike rentals are also available nearby. The appartement is located next to the Church l'Eglise du Moulleau. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets and parties are not allowed. Late check-in (after 8 pm) and early check-out (before 9 pm) are subject to an additional fee. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Overall a good stay,loved the area and would definitely come back. The parking is difficult,unless you have a tiny car. We found it difficult to get in and out of the courtyard where you can park. The apartment was also quite difficult to find when we got there.

Location hyper bien située. A 2mn à pied de la plage. Tous les commerces à proximité. Parking privé. 2 clim très intéressantes par cette canicule. Je recommande vivement. Un accueil très sympathique. Tristes de repartir.
